First step. Download driver to a known folder (usualy Downloads from Disk C is used by default)
Second step. Go to folder where you have downloaded the bluetooth driver and locate it (you can look at date, minute and hour)

Fourth step. In bluetooth driver extracted folder, you will find a file called setup.exe
That is the file that you need to run as administrator to avoid errors.

How to run setup.exe as administrator ? Just keep right mouse click for 2 seconds, release the button and then select Run as Administrator
